The Role
Lead systems and integration engagements across delivery and advisory contexts, shaping architecture, guiding implementation and ensuring alignment to partner needs.
What you’ll be doing
Lead systems and integration delivery across complex programmes
Define system architecture, integration patterns and technical approaches
Lead advisory and discovery work on system landscapes and integration challenges
Ensure alignment between systems, integrations and programme delivery
Oversee delivery, testing, cutover and implementation
Engage senior stakeholders and represent PACT with vendors and partners
Line manage and develop consultants within the capability
Contribute to capability development, tools and methods
Support account growth, proposals and pre-sales activity

Requirements
Strong experience in systems implementation and integration delivery
Experience leading complex system or integration programmes
Strong understanding of architecture, APIs and integration patterns
Experience in advisory and discovery engagements
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Experience leading and developing teams
Desirable:
Higher education or enterprise systems experience (SIS, ERP, CRM)
Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks
Consultancy or transformation experience
