Site Supervisor (NIGHT SHIFT) Opportunity in Heathrow - Long-Term Project

Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead our workforce on a long-term construction project in Heathrow. As the Site Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Workforce Supervision: Efficiently supervise and coordinate the workforce to ensure that all tasks are executed as per project requirements and timelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Logistics Manager to optimize the flow of materials, equipment, and resources on the construction site.
• Deadline Management: Meet tight project deadlines and ensure that work proceeds smoothly and efficiently.
• Health and Safety: Maintain a strong focus on health and safety, ensuring that all operations adhere to safety regulations and best practices.
• Team Leadership: Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and efficiency among the workforce.

Key Details:

• Hourly rate: £22.65 per hour on PAYE (Zero Hour Contract).

Candidate Requirements: To be eligible for this position, candidates must have the following qualifications and experience:

• SSSTS Ticket: Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) certification.
• CSCS Card: A Gold CSCS Card as a minimum requirement.
• NRSWA Ticket.
• Workforce Supervision: Proven experience in supervising construction site workforces.
• Driver License:
  • Do you possess a valid Full UK Driving License?
  • Do you hold an Airside Driving License? (If not, don't worry, as training may be available.)
• Employment History:
  • Do you have a 5-year work history in the UK, and can you provide supporting documentation?
  • Have you been a UK resident within the past three years?
• Employment Gaps:
  • Have you experienced any employment gaps lasting over 28 days?
• International Travel:
  • Have you undertaken any overseas trips lasting over 28 days? If so, please specify the dates of these trips.
• Criminal Convictions:
  • Do you have any criminal convictions that could disqualify you?
