Our client has over 40 years’ experience in the restoration and conversion of historic and listed buildings. This, combined with the complementary design of new properties around these nationally important heritage assets, has put them at the forefront of specialist property development.
The need now exists for an Senior Site Manager for a large Grade II listed building in South West London. The project is a heritage site comprising of high end 1, 2, 3 & 4 bedroom conversion apartments. If you have worked on Grade II listed buildings or heritage works, this will be a huge advantage.
In return, our client is offering a basic salary between £70-85K (depending on experience) + full package.
