Our client is a Market leading food business who are seeking a creative Product Developer to support the development chefs and bring products to life. 

This role will give the successful candidate the opportunity to work with delicious products and be a part of a well established team. You will be supporting the NPD Manager with the day to day running of the NPD team.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Supporting in creating a multitude of delicious products and bringing customers visions to life.
• Ensuring that all products are created to a high quality standard.
• Liasing with customers, and assisting the NPD Manager in maintaining communication about all projects.
• Developing key internal and external relationships aiding successful delivery of new products and innovation
• Support the process team in the trialling and launching of new products to ensure successful scale up in the factory and grow your operational knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience of product launches and strategic growth with excellent understanding of concept to launch processes.

In addition to this, experience of presenting on different stages of the stage & gate process would be desireable.

It would also be advantageous for you to be commercially minded with understanding of costings to create a high standard of quality products.
