CONTRACT MANAGER
The Basics
- Location: Central London – Heritage Works / Fit Out and Refurbishment
- Salary: c£70,000 Per Annum + 25 Days Holiday + Benefits Package
- Sector: Building: Fit-Out and Refurbishment Works - Heritage
- Duties: Overall management of a Heritage contracts in London
Contract Manager Duties & Responsibilities
- Management of Heritage Contracts in Central London
- Full Fit-Out and Refurbishment Works across several projects
- Managing Health & Safety
- RAM’s
- Sub-Contractor Management and Ordering of Materials
- Building strong working relationships with the client
- Attending Progress Meetings with Client
- Management of Trades/Engineers
- Take projects from Tender to Final Handover

Contract Manager Skills & Experience
- 5+ Years in Contract and/or Project Management
- HNC or HND in Engineering or Construction based Qualifications
- CSCS / SMSTS
- Excellent Leadership Skills
- Strong Communication Skills
- First Aid
