Location: Aldershot
Salary: £29,000 - £31,000
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Mainstay Recruitment is currently seeking a Utilities Team Leader for an innovative IT managed service provider committed to safeguarding data as a national asset. With their expertise lying in encrypting, storing, and processing information on UK territory from fully assured and resilient data centres.
Responsibilities:
As a Utilities Team Leader, you will hold a pivotal role in overseeing the utilities team and offering support to the finance team. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the professional and timely delivery of all administration procurement activities and contracts.
- Managing a team of Utilities Administrators to provide comprehensive support to the Utilities Team.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing new processes, such as a smart meter installation programme.
- Fostering a consistent, positive, and empathetic customer experience while cultivating strong relationships with service providers.
What You’ll Need for This Role:
To excel in this position, you should possess:
- Demonstrable experience in administration within a planned and maintenance environment, coupled with a strong drive to succeed.
- The ability to identify opportunities for advancing the organization’s mission while effectively managing associated risks.
- Proficiency and working knowledge of Excel.
- The capability to obtain SC Clearance.
