Our client an award winning, Legal 500 full service firm and is growing fast.  Our busy and successful Dispute Resolution team provides long term support to both business and individual clients in a wide variety of commercial and civil litigation matters.

Currently recruiting for a Dispute Resolution lawyer to join their growing team. You will focus on commercial litigation although experience of property litigation would be useful.

You are likely to be a Solicitor/CILEX with at least two years solid experience in dispute resolution.  You will be used to running your own cases as appropriate for your PQE, providing high levels of client care as well as providing support to more Senior lawyers in dealing with high intensity, high value commercial disputes in the High Court.

You will also be involved in the implementation of the Department’s Business Development Plan and able to demonstrate at an appropriate level the ability to help generate new clients for the department
