Nightshift Advisors: Working 10pm - 8am 4 shifts on, 4 shifts off. (with additional unsociable hours payment)
Salary: £23,928.47 + Benefits
Location: Remote Working

Calling all night owls!
CCA Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for a new Nightshift Advisor within the healthcare sector.
These are overnight shifts within a supportive environment where your primary role will be to provide information on all aspects of substance misuse and smoking cessation to the public via telephone helpline - promoting key messages on harm reduction and behaviour change support as defined by Office for Health Improvement and Disparities client.
You will be required to signpost service users to appropriate services for their needs and assist them beyond any barriers in accessing these services. You must be non-judgemental, calm, able to explain complex concerns in a simple and straight forward way and demonstrate a respectful and proactive approach to the needs of those in groups of inclusion.
What Experience do you need to apply?
We are looking for someone who has at least 6 months' experience of actively working within a role that included the provision of information, advice, and support face to face and/or over the telephone in relation to health, mental health, alcohol, drugs and/or smoking, for example:
- Health Promotion
- Smoking Cessation Adviser
- Drug or alcohol worker
- Education/Youth work
- General health/mental health
If you have experience in working in a similar role in the health sector, or hold a HNC/HND or higher qualification within the sector we would love to hear from you.
