tusp powered by BMD is an established UK based consultancy firm operating in the transportation industry, with a key focus on Rail.  In 2023 tusp were acquired by BMD, Australia’s leading integrated engineering, construction and urban development business, who over a 45-year history have grown to become a $2 billion business, operating internationally in the Philippines and now the UK.   

Following last year’s successful acquisition tusp have embarked on the next chapter in its journey of growth and are looking to attract new talent to complement the existing team, across a number of roles.

Who we’re looking for:

We are looking for experienced Rail Project Managers for; Track, Civils, Electrification & Plant and Signalling, to be accountable for the successful completion of designated projects and commissions for our clients, adhering to both budget and timescales to ensure our commissions are delivered in a safe and successful manner.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Degree qualified
• Ideally an active member of the Association for Project Management (APM)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and written
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to operate effectively in diverse teams
• Experience within rail projects as a Project Manager, ideally having worked at both contractor and client side
• Ability to lead teams or operate autonomously
• Well-developed Project Management skills
• Passionate about Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental issues
• Results driven with a desire to succeed
• Willing to travel
