 About the Role:

GSL Education is actively seeking a qualified KS1 TA for immediate placement at Client Primary Schools in Hull. We are looking for an enthusiastic and patient KS1 TA committed to nurturing the educational journey of young learners and, providing invaluable support to both students and teachers.

 Job Summary:

• Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning objectives.
• Engage actively during lessons, helping to facilitate learning and maintain a positive classroom atmosphere.

KS1 TA Role:

• Establish a welcoming and compassionate presence for the children, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
• Demonstrate flexibility in meeting the academic and social needs of the children, adjusting teaching approaches to cater to individual learning styles.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues as part of a supportive team, ensuring a cohesive and cooperative approach to education.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of engaging and effective learning strategies on a daily basis.
• Provide personalized support to students through one-on-one interactions, addressing their specific academic and social requirements.
• Facilitate learning in small groups, fostering a collaborative and interactive learning environment.
• Follow the guidance of the class teacher, ensuring alignment with the overall educational objectives and plans.

• Grades A-C in Maths, English, and Science.
• Dedication and enthusiasm for making a real difference.
• Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team of educators.
• A genuine passion for education and a commitment to helping children succeed.
