Interim Repairs Surveyor - 6 Months - Local Authority

Ideally you will:
- Be RICS or CIOB qualified (although not essential)
- Based Locally to Bedfordshire (1 day in office but site visits every day, rest WFH for admin side)
- Have 3+ years experience within a housing, repairs or disrepair background and have worked ideally in a Local Authority or Housing Association setting previously.
Responsibilities include:
- Working on the planned capital/cyclical works programme
- Pre and post inspections, preparing specifications/ drawings, preparing tenders
- Responsive repairs and project management work.
