Orchard Professional Solutions Ltd are working with a recovery company based in the Beverley area they are looking for an experienced call handler or a control room operator

Requirements:

• Distributing and managing team and individual’s workload
• The role will be engaged in accepting roadside incidents from a multitude of motoring organisations, members of the public and local government authorities including Humberside Police and National Highways.
• You will be collecting accurate and relevant information, analysing, and determining details essential to the attendance, requesting further details where necessary and dispatching a suitable technician and vehicle capable of attending the incident.
• Main contact on telephone and online for clients and the team out in the field
• Provide continuous support to the team
• General administration duties such as Filing, Invoicing, Ordering
• Good geographical knowledge
• Need to pass a poilce vetting level 2 (company pays for this)

Experince:

• Excellent level of IT literacy, both Microsoft Office packages and the confidence to learn bespoke software and processes.
• Being able to work and make decisions from initiative, applied knowledge and available resources and work as part of a collective team.
• Awareness and understanding of health and safety requirements.
• Ideally from a call centre/customer service/roadside recovery background
• Are enthusiastic, driven, and motivated.
• Must be focused on maintaining operational excellence throughout, working to a high standard to ensure the needs of our customers are met and exceeded
• Working alongside our Lead controller and closely with our team you will contribute to the business in achieving, and surpassing client expectations.
