Braxfield Recruitment is a specialist recruitment agency working within the property services and social housing sectors. Our client, a London based local authority is looking for a Project Manager to join them on an 2 year FTC.

A bit about the role:

The role will involve leading on a major retrofit project of a large multi occupancy property.  You will be responsible for the entire process from procurement through to completion ensuring appropriate standards are being met throughout.  The successful candidate must have experience of producing cabinet reports and a full understanding of section 20 rules. 

Our client would love to see candidates with the following skill set:

• A background in a similar role within a local authority or housing association.
• Experience of capital works project management.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.   

In return our client can offer:

• A salary circa £65,000 - £70,000
