Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end transportation process for Sea Freight shipments.
- Arrange the timely and accurate documentation of shipments.
- Coordinate customs clearance processes, working closely with customs brokers to ensure compliance with import/export regulations and documentation requirements.
- Monitor and track shipments, providing regular updates to clients on the status and resolving any issues or delays that may arise.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries and providing solutions.
- Sea Freight Shipping Experience
- Excellent organisational skills for day to day workload
- Ability to work within timescales and to deadlines
- A keen eye for detail
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Great communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to work well within a tight team
- A self-starter attitude and ability to use own initiative
