Location: Manchester - Agile  

Salary: £17,097 (FTE £27,199) 

Part time, 22 hours - working Mon, Tue and Wed. 

FTC for 16 weeks Starting 17 June until 6 October 24

We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our friendly HR Team! You’ll provide a comprehensive and efficient HR administrative service across the whole colleague life cycle to the wider People Service team, managers, and colleagues across the organisation. 

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Work within the central People Service inbox, actioning and responding to queries in an efficient and timely manner 

  • Complete all People Services admin processes in line with policies, processes and frameworks established 

  • Support the administration of our recruitment campaigns, utilising our recruitment portal, to communicate with candidates, sending invites to interview, responding to candidate queries, providing admin support during assessment centres, ensuring candidates have an enjoyable experience 

  • Ensure all payroll inputs and changes are processed accurately and timely 

  • Administration of all OM benefits, including pension 

What we’re looking for:    

  • Working towards a CIPD qualified (or equivalent) is advantageous but not essential 

  • Previous administrative experience (HR admin experience would be an advantage but not essential) 

  • Great communication and customer service skills 

  • Able to build relationships with people  

  • Close attention to detail  

  • Experience in the use of Microsoft Office products, in particular Word and Excel 

  • Strong MI, presentation, and reporting skills
