We are working with a Local Authority in the West Midlands who are looking for an experienced locum commercial property solicitor to join their team!
The role:
- Full-time
- 3 month initial contract, with the option to roll-over
- Weekly office attendance (negotiable)
- Rate: £50-55ph depending on candidate experience
- Experience with land disposals would be required
- Must have prior local authority experience.
