Your Responsibilities:

• Build key relationships with candidates and clients over the telephone and face-to-face.
• Calling new and existing clients to build and nurture relationships
• Generate new leads
• Map your market
• Become a specialist within your sector
• weekly, monthly, and quarterly monitoring of KPIs
