Quality Inspector

Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Liaise with the PDD team to ensure a robust quality plan is populated and pre-approved by the UKPN Project Manager in advance of the contract being awarded for final delivery.
2) Undertake minimum of 8 quality audits per calendar month. Stretch target is 14 (depending on number of live projects) Potential for safety audits to be undertaken also should the business unit require this.
3) Update NCR Register and arrange/chair meetings for closure or escalation if required.
4) Continuous updates of Inspection & Test Plans.
5) Continuous updates of Quality Assurance Sheets.
6) Continuous updates of CEP/Quality Plan for Energy Division.
7) Defect Register per Project for Subcontractors & Issuing/Following Up (Subcontract)
8) Circulation of Non-Conformance Close Outs & Lessons Learned to Energy Division Project Teams.
9) Be fully accountable and take ownership of the entire quality process.
