We are hiring Recruitment Consultants, Senior Consultants & Principal Consultants. Up to £42,000 + Commission & Benefits OTE £120,000

We are 360 Recruitment, the leading Midlands based recruitment agency who do things a bit differently. NO other agency offers our staff what we do, we truly are market leaders. We specialise in Construction, FMCG & Food Production markets. We have a commission structure that isn’t competitive, it’s the best!
Our expansion continues into 2024 and we have vacancies for all levels of consultants to join our well established team of 30 people based in our modern Nottingham office.
As a consultant you will be required to work alongside other team members to build upon our well established existing client base and brand.
Our culture is very different to most agencies, we are not dull, you will be surrounded by interesting, successful people (check out our culture on LinkedIn, Insta & Tik Tok).
We will consider consultants from any recruitment agency background as skills are transferable. We are also interested in exploring new markets.
