Due to an increase in workload our client based at Daresbury Park, Warrington WA4 is seeking an experienced HR Support person to work in a friendly team of 7.
Role; HR Support
Rate; £14.00p/h - £15.59ph (rate equivalent to £27-30k)
Duration: Initially 7 months (with a view to extending further)
Hybrid role: 2 days office / 3 from home (37hr week) hours 9-5pm (flexible)
Parking: Free
Main duties of HR Support:-
Deliver HR Service support to the HR community, managers and employees.
Handling employee Life Cycle, Integrated Talent, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, etc.
Delivering assigned HR Services (via a ticketing system) in compliance with standard operating procedures/policies, working to Service Level Agreements.
Enter data into appropriate systems, as necessary. Maintain a high level of data quality and accuracy in the systems. Provides on-demand reports related to the process, where required.
Provide appropriate support for internal customers and deliver accurate and timely processing of information.
Prepares information and documents for external authorities (social security, income tax, etc.).
** Reside within easy travelling distance to Warrington, WA4
Skills:
Experience working in a HR environment.
Up-to-date UK legislation knowledge
IT literate – SAP would be an advantage however the client will give training.
Excellent communication skills, pro-active with a “can do” attitude.
Use of MS Office applications
Able to work to deadlines.
Holidays:- Jan-Dec – 33days = 25days+8BH
Initial training in the office for approx.. 3-4 weeks then hybrid. Daresbury Park is off J11 / M56
