My client is seeking a candidate who has strong experience working within Employment Relations and is able to join their growing team on a temporary basis.

- Employment Relations (Performance, Absence Management, Grievances and Disciplinaries)
- Dealing with Complex cases
- Performance management
- Advising and supporting Managers on HR Policies and Procedures
- Staff Conduct
- Organizational Change (Restructuring and Redundancies)
- Employment Legislations
- HR Projects
- TUPE
- Working closely with Senior Management.
