Senior HR Business Partner

Are you an experienced HR Business Partner looking to take your next step in your career ?? Then this maybe be the job for you. Our client is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to work closely with the current HR Manager with a view of moving into their role as they will be moving to another role within the organisation. You must have proven skills and experience in managing employee benefits, Reward management, employee retention strategies, transfer of undertakings (TUPE), employee hiring and onboarding, performance management and HR records. Strong working knowledge of Irish Employment Law

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to managers, understanding their objectives and providing HR solutions that contribute to the achievement of business goals.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Implement and oversee performance management processes, providing guidance to managers on talent development and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to attract top talent and ensure a seamless onboarding process.
  • Provide guidance and support for managers on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
  • Lead the investigation of grievances, disciplinary and other formal procedures, ensuring accurate and timely resolution and documentation of concerns and issues.
  • Support in all employee litigation and case management
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with organisational goals, industry trends and labour laws or regulations.
  • Manage the adherence to HR policies at a team and manager level across the business.
  • Conduct regular training sessions on HR policies, procedures, and compliance matters.
  • Provide regular status or reporting to the HR manager on the quality and level of HR support.
  • Updating of the HR database and provision of regular system and statistic reports as required.
  • Managing our contracts of employment
  • Day-to day administrative tasks where appropriate

What you need to succeed:

  • 3-5 years general HR Business Partner/Operations experience
  • Membership of the CIPD is desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment law
  • Proven ability to create and develop good working relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals, coupled with the ability to gain commitment from others.
