Responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment of new staff and report to the Head of HR, providing comprehensive HR administration support to all departments. Ensure that all processes are managed efficiently and promptly, adhering to compliance, current legislation, and best practices.
Serve as the first point of contact for HR enquiries, monitor the HR inbox, and alert team members to any urgent or important matters. Update and maintain employee personnel files, ensuring accurate and timely filing.
Assist with the planning and delivery of employee well-being initiatives. Conduct exit interviews and return-to-work meetings with staff. Prepare weekly staff briefing updates.
