Description

• Lead and manage the Accounting & Finance department.
• Develop and implement effective financial strategies, controls, and processes.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
• Produce accurate financial reports for management and stakeholders.
• Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to upper executives.
• Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations.
• Optimise financial operations for the Liverpool and London office and global operations.

Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Studying towards a professional qualification such as CIMA/ACCA
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager within the transport and distribution industry.
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
