Blueprint Recruitment has a new opportunity for an experienced Electrical Estimator to join a leading M&E Specialist Subcontractor on a contract basis, outside IR35.
Based in London, this is a brilliant opportunity to work on a major Data Centre project.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimations for Electrical projects whilst also interpreting blueprints and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review project plans and specifications to understand the scope of work
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for Electrical projects
- Analyse and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers and other team members to develop accurate estimates
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project requirements
- Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and tender documents
Key Requirements:
- A degree in Engineering
- Extensive experience in Electrical Estimating
- Strong knowledge of Electrical systems and materials
- Previous Data Centre experience
- Attention to detail skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
