At STEM Recruitment Solutions we are working with our client who have an exciting role available for an Excellence Lead in Cumbernauld.

Duties:
  

• Supporting team managers and lead projects to improve plant capability and growth
• Manage Project teams by using influencing skills to ensure projects are completed on time
• Working alongside internal teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Supporting the continuous team to deliver an improvement program for the business

Experience:

• Experience championing continuous improvement
• Training staff on best practice
• Leading kaizen sessions and training
• Influencing others and encouraging changes to working practices.

The ideal candidate will have a CI qualification or has a similar internal qualification.  The successful person will have experience within a CI role supporting various teams, championing CI activities, have strong troubleshooting and investigational skills and be proactive..  This individual should have strong communication skills, experience within a manufacturing environment and 6S.
