The Role
Reporting to the Sales Director you will be responsible for growing and developing a small number of strategically important National/Key Accounts within the Oil & Gas sector. In addition, you will be expected to capitalise on significant market opportunities by identifying, negotiating, and closing new sales opportunities to exceed challenging but realistic sales targets. Key to your success will be the ability to produce and negotiate high value bids/proposals and co-ordinate internal company resources to ensure the contract requirements are met and customer service levels are exceeded.

The Candidate
Such a diverse, hands-on role calls for an experienced commercially led Sales Manager or Business Development Manager with outstanding sales and negotiation skills. You MUST be able to demonstrate skills and experience in the following key areas:

  • Of managing & developing strategically important National and International Key Accounts within the Oil & Gas/Subsea sectors
  • Have a successful track record of selling precision engineered solutions with medium to long sales cycles
  • Commercially astute with a structured and professional approach, with the genuine ability and desire to be both a Farmer and a Hunter
