Position – Mobile AC Engineer – Building Services

Salary – Up to £45,000 per annum + door to door travel

Location – Hampshire – M3 Corridor

Working Hours – Monday-Friday – 8:00am-5:00pm

Reporting Into – Engineering Manager

Tecrec are currently searching for an experienced Mobile AC Building Services Engineer to work across Hampshire this is to work for a business who are based Hampshire, but their reach takes them across the country. You will be responsible for sites along the m3 corridor.

They support a highly diverse property portfolio. Maintaining royal residences, preserving ancient buildings, and fitting out cutting-edge spaces.

This an excellent opportunity to join an established maintenance provider who invest both time and training into their employees.

As a HVAC Technician you will be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance across commercial sites throughout Hampshire.

• Completion of PPM works to schedule in the most proactive and efficient way possible.
• Notify issues to the helpdesk seeking advice from the contract manager where possible.
• Responsible for ensuring effective diagnostic of breakdowns and timely repair of equipment.
• Record and document all work carried out and raise appropriate documentation as quotes as required.
• The ideal candidate must have good all round building services knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have experience as well as qualifications in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning which consist of the following.

• NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
• Cat 1 F-Gas
• Well presented & client facing.
