Senior CRM Data Marketing Consultant – Data Marketing Agency – London (Hybrid)


I am currently working with a Data Marketing Agency based in London who are looking to onboard a Senior eCRM Consultant to join their Marketing and Digital Transformation team on a contract basis for a 3 month initial contract.

You will be working primarily with one of their automotive clients, who are currently undertaking a range of digital transformation projects across marketing and customer experience.

They are looking for someone with a strong foundation in data and marketing technology, excellent project management skills, an understanding of how platforms integrate into the client’s technical architecture, and a deep understanding of at least one Marketing Automation tool (prior Salesforce experience is desirable).

What you’ll do:

•  Regular liaising with internal departments, clients, and their 3rd party suppliers.
•  Gathering requirements and user story development.
•  Define and communicate Martech strategy and roadmap to senior stakeholders.

What you’ll bring:

•  A broad knowledge of systems along the entire marketing technology chain, such as CDP, MAP, Journey Orchestration, DMP and adjacent technologies such as CRM, MDM, Consent Management Platforms, analytics tools.
• A deep understanding of at least one Marketing Automation tool
• Prior Salesforce experience is desirable.
• Experience with business analysis & project managing end-to-end Martech development projects with proven task and project management skills and the ability to run workshops.
