- You will be responsible for developing fabulous recipes that are exceptionally creative and fulfil briefs from customers and internal teams.
- Improving existing products and drive continuous improvement of products
- Developing a real diversity of products and have the opportunity to fully flex your creative muscles.
- In addition you will develop a strong understanding of the broader market place, creative influences and consumer demands to develop commercially viable products that reflect exceptional quality.
- Presenting new concepts to customers
About You:
- We are seeking a truly creative individual with a real passion, affinity and love of food underpinned by a strong commercial acumen.
- Awareness of what makes a great product with the ability to build cost and quality into every product brief and manage multiple projects at any one time.
- You will thrive in a demanding manufacturing environment and be driven to see your concepts succeed in the marketplace.
- Experience already gained as a development chef in a food manufacturing environment
- You must be motivated and team orientated but most importantly truly innovative.
