The Rambler Inn is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Management team / Manager. Nestled in the beautiful Derbyshire Peak District, our establishment prides itself on exceptional customer service, serving cask ales, and offering delicious home-cooked food. We also provide well-appointed ensuite bedrooms for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily operations of the hotel, restaurant, and bar
- Ensuring exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
- Managing staff and coordinating schedules
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Managing budgets and financial planning
- Promoting and marketing the hotel to attract new customers

Requirements:
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
- Knowledge of hospitality management software is a plus
