Now in their next stage of growth they are looking for a Senior HR Manager who has extensive experience working within fast paced environments and has a can-do approach.

JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to oversee and lead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong foundation in both strategic and hands-on HR practices. The Group HR Manager will be responsible for implementing and managing HR systems and processes, shaping HR procedures, and ensuring that the company’s HR strategies align with our business objectives. This role is crucial in supporting our fast-paced, scale-up environment as we continue to grow and expand.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain high-quality talent.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, mitigating risks and managing employee relations issues.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Nurture a positive working environment by maintaining a program of employee wellness and corporate culture.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits, and organizing team building activities.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive for a minimum of 10 years, ideally with at least 6-7 years in HR management.
  • Hands-on experience with HR projects, including systems and processes implementation related to scaling businesses effectively.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills; substantial knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ideally within a scale-up or rapidly growing company.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field;
