Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a HR Advisor based in Worcester. This is a contact assignment working full time hours.

The job:

Providing customer focussed, comprehensive and pragmatic HR advice and support to managers, employees and partners in line within organisational policies, procedures and legal requirements
To support the delivery of the HR Business Plan, in order to meet Directorate and organisational HR objectives such as the People Strategy.
To support the delivery of the HR Business Plan, in order to meet Directorate and organisational HR objectives such as the People Strategy.
To lead on the management of casework, relating to discipline, grievance, sickness absence. This includes advice and support to managers, liaising with Occupational Health, case review meetings, and dismissal decision hearings.
To provide professional HR advice and support to managers undertaking change programmes including redundancy and TUPE

The candidate:

Significant experience of working in a human resources environment
Part CIPD qualified OR educated to NVQ level 4 or equivalent in a relevant discipline, e.g. human resources, business
Considerable experience of providing business-focused, pragmatic HR advice
A thorough knowledge of Human Resources practice and procedures
