Vacancy: Registered Manager (Younger Adults)
Salary: c£30,000 + Benefits
Location: Palmers Green (N13)
Tier 2 Sponsorship will be considered.
My Client is currently looking for a Care professional with a real passion for delivering quality, to take over the Management of their younger Adults service in Palmers Green.
You will ideally have an NVQ3 in Health & Social Care, but more importantly will have experience as a Deputy Manager or Manager in a similar setting and a caring and professional attitude.
A passion to work with and an understanding of caring for Neurodivergent Clients is a must. You will also like thinking outside the box and will enjoy developing new approaches and techniques.
