The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a dedicated Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their L500 recognised department for Commercial Litigation: Mid-Market, specialising in high-stakes commercial disputes, including cross-border and multi-jurisdictional cases.

Highlights of the Commercial Litigation department include defending fraud allegations valued at over £50m, class action claims under the Consumer Credit Act 1974 and advising a Fortune 100 company in arbitration proceedings.

This is an amazing opportunity for an ambitious Commercial Litigation solicitor, who is looking for 1:1 exposure with senior partners and a clear progression pathway.

The areas covered by the Commercial Litigation practice include (but are not limited to):

* Banking & Financial
* Commercial Disputes
* Corporate Disputes
* International Dispute Resolution
* Fraud, Financial Crime & Asset Recovery
* Insolvency

Required Experience

• Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 2 - 4 years' PQE
• Must have experience of handling Commercial Litigation cases in the High Court
• Able to work to tight deadlines and in a high paced environment
