Senior Website Performance Manager – North 
(12 month Fixed Term Contract)

This award-winning financial services business is looking to appoint this key role within their digital growth team on a 12 month fixed term contract.

You’ll be responsible for the commerciality of the website and all technical aspects – ultimately ensuring that the overall customer journey and each digital touchpoint delivers an outstanding experience.

You will have a team of around 10 digital experts – across SEO, CRO, Content and Design. You’ll continually monitor and interpret all data and ensure optimal commercial performance and be constantly looking at ways to improve conversions.

You’ll naturally have an in-depth knowledge of all on-site digital marketing techniques, mainly SEO, CRO, Content and UX. You’ll be a born leader who excels at driving teams to maximise conversion as well as supporting them on their own personal growth and development. You’ll be strong at reporting, be both analytical and a strategic thinker and be used to working and influencing very senior stakeholders.
