My client, a successful main contractor specialising in the Social Housing sector requires a Site Manager to lead a decarbonization scheme in Chichester. This is a freelance role and requires an immediate start this coming Tuesday.
Site Manager roles and responsibilities
- Ensure all necessary safety inspections have been carried out
- Assess and minimise risks
- Ensure the project is completed in line with company policy
- Ensure the project is completed in line with statutory requirements
Site Manager requirements
- Appropriate technical knowledge and main contractor construction experience.
- SMSTS
- Appropriate CSCS Card
- Asbestos Awareness
- Comprehensive experience as a Site Manager working in the social housing sector.
Site Manager benefits
- £28.50 per hour
