RECRUITMENTiQ is working in partnership with a charity that aims to improve the lives of people with brain injuries in the UK. Our assessment centres, rehabilitation units and hospitals use expert neurorehabilitation to support people to regain the skills they have lost. Main Responsibilities will include:

  • To provide effective, high quality and timely support to the Management team and Business Administrator in order to enable to meet the priorities and objectives of the service.
  • Process all emails received, prioritise according to urgency/importance and regular monitoring of work to ensure deadlines are not missed or action delayed.
  • Open all incoming post, read and copy to all interested parties.
  • Request and collate briefing for meetings etc.
  • To provide support in the compiling of the financial reports and Business plan.
  • Working with other internal and external services regarding paperwork, meetings etc.
  • Provision of a speedy and accurate typing service, from audio dictation or manuscript, using WP software extensively to improve efficiency and to achieve a high standard of presentation.
  • Effective communication with staff at all levels, ensuring the efficient collation and distribution of information
