Electrical Lead – Commercial & High-End Residential Projects
We are seeking an experienced and driven Electrical Lead to oversee the delivery of premium commercial and high-end residential electrical projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional with strong technical knowledge, leadership ability, and a commitment to delivering exceptional workmanship and client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate electrical installations across commercial and luxury residential developments
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and project timelines
- Ensure all works are completed to the highest standards and in compliance with current regulations
- Interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and project managers
- Help build a future M&E division
- Hands on installation when required
Requirements
- Proven experience leading electrical projects on site before
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- SSSTS/SMSTS advantageous
- Testing & Inspection qualifications beneficial
