Electrical Lead – Commercial & High-End Residential Projects

We are seeking an experienced and driven Electrical Lead to oversee the delivery of premium commercial and high-end residential electrical projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional with strong technical knowledge, leadership ability, and a commitment to delivering exceptional workmanship and client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate electrical installations across commercial and luxury residential developments
  • Manage site teams, subcontractors, and project timelines
  • Ensure all works are completed to the highest standards and in compliance with current regulations
  • Interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and project managers
  • Help build a future M&E division
  • Hands on installation when required

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading electrical projects on site before
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and best practices
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  • SSSTS/SMSTS advantageous
  • Testing & Inspection qualifications beneficial
