We are looking for a seasoned Mechanical Services Project Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional service at a leading research facility.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the project life-cycle for mechanical services projects, from scoping to handover.
• Manage project delivery relating to mechanical services including but not limited to Boilers, Chillers, AHU's, Lab Extract Systems, Steam distribution and refrigerant.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
• Oversee health & safety compliance and maintain a quality focus.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of Site Managers, FM Managers, Designers, Sub contractors and Stakeholders.
• Champion continuous improvement and team development.

You are a perfect fit if you have:

• 15-20 years of project management experience in mechanical services.
• A strong understanding of relevant legislation and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
