Senior Architect Job based in Norwich, Norfolk

Senior Architect job joining a unique heritage and architecture consultancy with a global presence, they are committed to producing award-winning contemporary and conservation projects

They currently have 280 employees across 14 offices, working on multiple prestigious heritage projects across the UK. Due to growth in this region with new projects, they are now looking to appoint a Senior Architect.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead projects from design to delivery across the region
• Take a lead role on the project and manage junior team members
• Previous experience working Revit to BIM standard
• Managing a small team and external consultants
• Work directly with clients
• Production of design and technical drawings
• Report to Associates and studio leads.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years post part III experience
• Previous experience working in the conservation
• AABC, CA, OR SCA is highly desirable but is not essential
• Proficient in working in Revit to BIM standards
• Experience managing projects from concept to completion
• Ability to run and manage your projects and their teams
• Financial awareness of the projects, their budget, and resourcing needs
• Good client-facing experience and skills.
